Diabetics at Pizza Hut

Pizza is neither a great meal nor the worst for diabetes. All you need is some fact check and monitoring while ordering your pizza. Diabetics can opt for thin crust or skinny pizza at Pizza Hut and avoid the cheese topping to cut down on the excess fat and sodium. If you have diabetes, then ensure to check your portion size when you order a pizza. One or max. two slices are enough. You can also avoid meat if possible and go for wings as a meat option.

Foods to Avoid at Pizza Hut for Diabetics:

You must avoid Meat Lovers Pizza with Original Pan Crust as it contains over 1000mg sodium and will add 470 calories in your meal. You should also skip Super Supreme Pizza Large Original Pan Slice which is too high in sodium and fat. Chicken wings are often tempting but you must control and restrict yourself from ordering Traditional Honey BBQ Bone-in Wings as it can add up to your sugar levels if you eat too many. On average, a person orders or consumes six chicken wings pieces in a day.

Sides must be avoided at all costs especially if it's Bacon Cheddar Fries with Ranch Dipping Cup for its high sodium content. You must also avoid New York Style Cheesecake with Applesauce as dessert as one slice of this dessert item contains 86g sugar. Pizza Hut also offers other Italian dishes such as Pasta. However, you must skip Spaghetti with Meat Sauce and Meatballs and Garlic Bread as it is too high in sodium and sugar.

High Blood Pressure at Pizza Hut

Fast-food restaurants like Pizza Hut are not recommended to dine-in if you are diagnosed with high blood pressure. Most pizzas at Pizza Hut are high in sodium and hence you must stick to one or max. two slices of any regular size pizza to limit your sodium intake. Try out the salads as they are not only healthy but also keeps you full for a longer period. However, you must ensure that you don't order the salads without any extra dressing.

Foods to Avoid at Pizza Hut for High Blood Pressure

Avoid Meat Lovers Pizza with Original Pan Crust and Supreme Pizza Large Original Pan Slice at all costs when you order at Pizza Hut. Both these pizzas contain a high amount of sodium which can spike your blood pressure levels. Also, skip Bacon Cheddar Fries with Ranch Dipping Cup and Traditional Honey BBQ Bone-in Wings to restrict your sodium intake.

High Cholesterol at Pizza Hut

Whether large, medium or small, a pizza can boost your cholesterol levels instantly. You shouldn't eat more than one slice of any pizza your order at Pizza Hut. If you're concerned with your high cholesterol, then it is wise to take your friends to Pizza Hut and share pizza among them slice by slice. You can also try pasta at Pizza Hut but ensure that you are not adding any dressing or extra cheese as you order pasta.

Foods to Avoid at Pizza Hut for High Cholesterol

Keep your pizza intake to one slice to avoid high cholesterol intake while you dine at Pizza Hut. Skip Supreme Pizza Large Original Pan Slice as it contains a high amount of fat and the sodium levels are also very high. Avoid the desserts section completely to limit the fat and sugar intake. You can also limit yourself from ordering non-veg pizza and skip adding sides or dressing on your orders to ensure that your cholesterol is in check while dining at Pizza Hut.

Favorite spot for late night pizza before calling it a night on the weekend. Disclaimer: have never eaten here sober and don't really intend to.

Nice staff. Cruddy food. Got the burger combo around 2pm. Despite being the only customer, this took twenty minutes, they broke the burger patty, and the fries were bland without any kind of flavor aside from the old bay-esque seasoning sparingly sprinkled on top. Unless you're drunk and you need convenient ready to eat pizza, steer clear. There are other far better options around, even at this low price point.

Overpriced cafeteria level pizza. Came here somewhat drunk, it served it's purpose. I would not come here unless it was what was in front of me. Staff was very nice and the place was clean.

Well, it's nice to know that somewhere is keeping the mentally handicapped employed in management positions somewhere... Don't get me wrong, this place usually does have good food...but that's taken a backseat. (Yes, this review is not based on food - something I normally wouldn't do.) Just hope they don't call you over a half hour after you place a delivery order (that you were told would be to you in 45 minutes) and tell you they're OUT of what you ordered...and hope the MANAGER knows how to put an order in and isn't puzzled by how to do any changes to a dish. I got so frustrated that I actually had to hand the phone to my boyfriend to deal with them. He talked to this "manager" and she did try to make up for the ordeal, she apologized and discounted our bill. But it's like, come on, I thought when I was ordering that this girl must be a new employee or something so it was excusable, so when she called back and I found out she was actually a manager...know how to do your job, please.

This was the first time I ordered from Pizza Pinos and it will be the last! I ordered a grilled turkey club sandwich. It was soooooo gross. First of all, I assumed it would be a cold sandwich, but it wasnt. okay.... I can deal with that because I didn't specify I didnt want it hot. Thats not what grossed me out. When I opened the container, what I saw was a nasty, soggy and sloppy "sandwich". upon further inspection, the bacon was RAW! yes. RAW! It looked like it was on the grill for a minute and put on the sandwich. It looks like they assembled the sandwich and stuck it in the microwave to melt the cheese and maybe was hoping the bacon would cook in the process. I dont know....and by putting it in the mircrowave after assembly, it made the mayo all slimy and the lettuce wilted. It made the entire sandwich soggy and gross, and then to add the raw bacon on it just topped of the gross factor. Never again!!!

I'm not quite sure how this place still exists. I made the mistake of attempting to eat at Pizza Pino a second time after a disgusting first experience. First off, my girlfriend and I ordered 2 taco entrees, which should normally take between 20-30 min. MAX during a busy schedule. We were the only 2 in the restaurant and our tacos took 25 minutes. After much frustration and even asking the manager/owner where our food was twice, he responded that all of his food is hand made and fresh, which is the reason why our food took so long. This was far from the truth. Our tacos had nothing in them but cold canned red beans with mozzarella sliced cheese (I think packaged sandwich cheese) melted on it. We didn't even take a bite before we threw the food away. We might as well have just walked into Pizza Pino, flushed $17 down the toilet, sat for 30 minutes, and walked out pissed off. Worst dining experience ever.

This place is great! There are so many things about it i love. First, lets start with the new owners...they are very friendly and attentive to their customers. They definitely go the extra mile. The service is efficient! The ambiance is very quaint. Its a great little independent place. The food is very satisfying. From the pizza to the salads to the appetizers. There are plenty of options for everyone! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and I will be back!

The food is pretty good, but their service stinks. I ordered two slices and a milkshake, and it took over an HOUR to arrive. Pizza was stone cold, and the milkshake was mostly liquid.

My BF told me he was cravin' some pizza the other day, so we decided to try the new guy down the street, Pizza Pino. I think our mistake was it was just too early in the day. It's great pizza to eat if it's 2am or you're hungover. It's chow food, y'know? It's "Dang, I hungry for some grub" food for after a few rounds at the bar. However, if you want to sit down and savor a delicious pizza while you are completely sober and it's lunch time on a weekday, you might want to sit this one out. Instead, wait a few hours because this is supreme post-bar/afterparty dining, which has a completely different aesthetic than your maitre'd hosted restaurant. After you've slammed those beers, you are going to want some gritty grub and not some gourmet. Post-liquor pizza is definitely a necessity. Who wants to eat the best pizza of your life if you can't even remember it? The Old West Side newsletter reported that the owner of Pizza Pino is a young man who supported himself through college by managing different pizza places. Now he's runnin' thangs at his own place. I love local businesses, and dude who answered the phone was very nice and pleasant, plus they deliver and have a great location near the 8 ball. This pizza will definitely taste brilliant after $1 PBR night. They also have cheesecake, brownies, and ice cream. They taste like they came out of a Lil Debbie box, and sometimes that's all you want anyway.

Good family destination - something for everyone. Very good salads, exceptional Philly cheesesteak, fine turkey chili, and above average pizza. Lots of seating and very pleasant. Staff very helpful and prompt. We look forward to returning!

This place is open late (1:00am) and is very close to home and hangouts so if it were any good at all I'd be quite happy about it. But it's not. It's not worth ever going to. The pizza is of the "by the slice" type which translates to "it sits around all day and when you pay they'll kinda warm it up for you like leftovers" Except that this pizza wasn't ever good, so eating it like leftovers is not worth it. Their garlic knots are the same story...stale and not tasty. Its rather cheap, I'll give them that. But I'll always opt for riding my bike through ice storms or sweltering sauna summers over to Pizza House for real pizza when a late-night meal hangout is in need. Positively pass on Pizza Pino.

CRUST Their crust has a good flavor to it, which is unlike much of what is around in Ann Arbor. I have just had their normal, thin crust, so I cannot yet review other offerings of thick or Chicago. SIZE/SAUCE Their XL size pizza is a good sized pizza and the sauce is a good neutral flavor- not to acidic and not too sweet. TOPPINGS I highly recommend eggplant. I loved the eggplant on the pizza. I also recommend choosing your own toppings and making your own pizza as opposed to picking a pre-determined gourmet pizza. We've had both and it seems that if you choose toppings you get more on the pizza. We chose a pre-determined gourmet selection, and the toppings were not as generous. Avoid the onions, as they cut them in unappealing chunks instead of nice rings that melt onto the pizza as a wonderful accenting undertone. You'll be chewing onion 1/2" x 1/2" chunks, so skip this, seriously, they're not even finely diced. DELIVERY Even if you buy the XL, they charge for delivery, I believe $2-3. So if you pay this and tip the driver, it will cost you about $26 for an XL pizza. I will say that it is worth it. We like things about Happy's Pizza 4 blocks away, as Happy's won't charge for orders over $20, but Happy's does not cook their crust enough even when asked to do it "well-done" (see my review on them). I'd say try Pizza Pino if you're not squeamish on price and if you looove eggplant on pizza like I do. Other than that- check out Hello Faz, they Rock!

Delivery Update: It's getting better. The last two times we've ordered delivery, it came faster than they predicted. Yay!

The thin crust pizza is pretty much the only pizza I will eat in Ann Arbor. I readily admit I'm a New York pizza snob. After six years of living in a place where the worst slice in the city is better than 99% of the pizza in the rest of the country, I'm a little jaded. Regardless, Pizza Pino's thin crust works for the context. It's light, not too much sauce or cheese, the toppings have always been fresh (particularly the spinach, which is a good sign if you ask me), and the price is entirely reasonable. I wouldn't get the regular crust again, but if I get pizza in A2, it's always the thin crust from Pizza Pino.

  • Aaron J.

Found the pizza from here outrageously overpriced and at best average. Just keep driving down liberty and get a better pizza from hello faz for a crazy cheaper price.

  • Ted S.

Their thin crust is the best de facto NY Pizza in town bar none. It has the perfect crust/cheese/sauce ratio. Many places make the mistake of thinking that "more is better" and heap tons of cheese on. All this does is make a nasty, gooey mess IMO. (Though I am sure there are many that love that sort of thing) But PP has always had the just the right amount of cheese. And the crust has that perfect thin-but-floppy quality. The toppings have always been plentiful and very fresh. (We are particularly partial to their Pizza Margarita) I have also tried many of the salads there and they have all been delicious, packed with top-notch ingredients. Tried the spaghetti once and liked it quite a bit. I want to try more items from the menu but it is difficult to not order the pizza.

I love this place! It's on my walk home from work, so it's super convenient. It's like NYPD but not sloppy. The place is clean, cute, and offers some great varieties of pizza by the slice. Fresh basil makes the slices yummy! The gals who work there are quite pleasant as well - friendly, able to be goofy w/ their goofy customers. The location isn't great for many people (corner of First and Liberty), but it's great for those who live and work downtown.

Nice service and excellent pizza. I hear the calzones are awesome will have to try next. This is where we host our LA2M - Lunch Ann Arbor Marketing meetings every Wednesday from 11:45 - 1:00 PM. Stop by!

Follow up. This place needs new ownership. We were the only people at the counter (maybe 5 patrons in the store and they were already eating) and just stood around while the only person at the front took a phone order for several minutes (the owner's wife I think, I've seen her in there before). She never called anyone to help us but the owner finally noticed us and came by. He was about as warm and welcoming as a rapist. I asked if they had any white pizza (this is at 12:30...not 1pm after some big lunch rush). He lumbers to the back, makes some gestures to a guy back there and lumbers back. Doesn't say anything. "Do you have the white pizza?" I finally ask while grumpy Rainman just stands there. He shakes his head no but doesn't really speak. I got the kids plain cheese and some BBQ chicken for myself (the kids grabbed cups for their juice but I had to toss the cups because there was some sort of dried red oil/liquid on the lip of the cups). The chicken on my pizza was dry. It was nowhere near worth the $3 I paid. While we ate one of the two pick-up orders that walked out returned...wrong food...way to go geniuses. You're not slammed and yet you still can't keep it together. Go to NYPD. They serve real food and actually give a $hit. I have no stake in NYPD and have never worked there or known anyone that has worked there. Pizza Pino is a blight. It can't be gone soon enough. That was me being nice...should I say what I really think? Never going again. Shame on me for thinking they might have gotten their act together.

So, I received this e-mail fro a "Michael S." He coughed snot into his hand and all but handled the food he wanted me to buy with that hand. He apologized for "SCARING" me off - he DISGUSTED me out of there. If this were the first time Pizza Pino's food absolutely and literally sickened me, I wouldn't take the trouble of posting this email from the business. If you're drunk enough, you'll probably not notice. "Hi Brandon, my name is Michael. I was working the counter the night that you came into Pizza Pino. Given what you experienced when you came into the restaurant, I was not the least bit surprised to see a negative Yelp review. I'm glad you did, because now I have a means of getting in touch with you to follow up on your bad experience. ============== From Michael S - Pizza Pino employee ===================== On my behalf, I'd like to apologize for scaring you off the way I did. I get allergies in the spring and tend to sneeze a lot, but don't take that as an excuse for how I treated you as a potential customer. From now on, I always wash my hands after I sneeze, especially before serving customers. There is no reason why I should compromise in terms of sanitation or service for ANY of our customers. Warmest regards, -Michael" What a load of bullshit. If this were the only bad service experience (the fish is gray, watch the pizza warmer for flies, I've had black nachos from there)I will not be happy until this business is DEAD. You'll like their food if you're drunk enough - just don't wonder why you're sick the next day.

Great pizza for the 2am bar crowd. I ordered a large pepperoni and mushroom and smashed it. Decent value if you order a whole pizza.

  • Ben A.

The crust here is overwhelmingly average. It looks like crust, but it has the texture of a day old soft roll. Nevertheless, this place is great for a late night when you're stumbling off of main street looking for some pizza.

  • Nick R.

Awesome by the slice pizza that hits the spot late at night. I've been there two times and was always pleased with fresh and flavorful pizza. The last time I left my card and the staff contacted me by finding my e-mail to let me know that they had it...truly above and beyond!

I will start with one thing that just continues to bug the crap out of me about this place: placing a delivery order. Every. Single. Time. It takes at least 10 minutes to order one meal. Whoever takes the order is extremely slow to go. When I'm in a hurry at work the last thing I has is patience for someone who can't figure out how to place an order! That being said, the food is spectacular but the portions are great. Delivery (after taking a year to order) is timely. I wouldn't rave about this place but they do have a large menu and prices are fair. I just wish the macaroni was something special :(

After waiting a total of 1 hour and 40 minutes my friend and I received our food. It was terrible, my friend got tortellini and onion rings, the pasta was so full of raw garlic it burned her mouth and she couldn't even eat it, she gave it to me and it couldn't be drowned in enough parm to make it edible so it had to be thrown away, the onion rings that she specifically ordered well done came soggy and cold. I got penne and it was so terribly bland I had to smother it in parm cheese and a good amount of salt and pepper, we both feel every ripped off

The location is really convenient, the place is well decorated and nicely laid out for an after hours meal. The variety of pizza is really good and so is the selection of condiments. However 3 friends and I ordered late night individual pizza slices and we all agreed the pizza was undercooked. If I would make a recommendation I would put the individual pizza slice orders in the oven for another 2 minutes before handing it to the customer.

AWFUL I used to go there for the Wednesday special because I admit that I like to be frugal. The pizza was okay, but was always inconsistent in how it was cooked or how much toppings they would put on. One time I ordered and the girl was extremely rude and literally acted like I was a bother, literally staring me down. I talked to the owner and he gave me a brownie for my trouble. Kind of insulting, but I decided to give them another chance. Fast forward a few months and I order the special and told it would be 20 minutes. I got there after 30 minutes and was told he forgot to put in the order, so 40 minutes after ordering the pizza I finally get it. (it was very slow about 4pm). The owner gave me the pizza and didn't apologize at all. He didn't take responsibility for saying it would take 20 minutes or that he forgot to make the order, so I complained and he literally started yelling at me. Very unprofessional and I will never be back!

Pizza is okay, nothing special or out of this world, however they are open late and that is always a plus for late night muchies. Pizza pino offers milkshakes and they are out of this world but last time I got my chocolate Oreo shake I received attitude from the woman behind the counter...disappointed with the service.

Hear ye! Hear ye! I'm the duke of this here pizza place and I doth declare it to be one of the most exceptional places for the purchase and consumption of the baked bread and cheese delicacy that is pizza. Perfect for those late nights when you're looped, buzzed, bombed or otherwise muddled. When you do go, ask for unlimited breadsticks, I'm sure they'll have no idea what you're talking about.

Eh. I'm so used to NYPD's deliciously cheesy and hot goodness, but we were on Main St so we gave this a try. I had the chicken pesto pizza, they give it to you at room temperature though. It was decent but would have been great hot. It was about 1am when we went so the place should have been hopping with the post-bar crowd, but it was pretty empty... That should have been my warning sign. A specialty slice is $2.75 too, I think it's a little cheaper at NYPD. Next time I will go to Fleetwood or make the trek to Maynard and William.

I'm not very particular about pizza, but this stuff borders on inedible. There's a lot of bad pizza in Ann Arbor, and this takes the cake so far. You're better off having a frozen pizza.

Pretty good drunk food, diverse topping variety, world's worst crust. I won't lie. At the end of a lovely negroni run near 2 in the morning, this pizza really hit the spot. Warm, greasy, cheesy - filled the gut and lined the stomach in the best way. But, even in my campari-induced haze, I could tell that this pizza had the worst crust imaginable... what's up with that Pizza Pino? It looks like the pre-made crust that you buy in bags at the supermarket... but somehow even worse. bleh! i wasn't tipsy enough to forget it - and don't think i'd venture in here willingly or soberly. It was also overrun by gangly and over-dressed 18year olds clearly having a college experience with each other. They have a lot of interesting topping combos that aren't half bad, and i saw on the menu they do other classic pizza-joint dishes like calzones and what not... but really, i just can't get over that crust. It did help stave off a nasty morning headache (i'll give credit where credit is due), and nobody can make the taste of 2am pepperoni a bad thing, but other than that, I'm keen on exploring other pizza options in this collegiate nook. [a big old MEH rubber stamp here]

  • Beck E.

The pizza doesn't look so appealing when it's sitting out there on display, but it looks (and I'm sure tastes) much better after being heated up. Service can be slow late at night, but I've never dealt with any unfriendly workers. My bf claims that the wings are surprisingly very good, meaty, and saucy. I enjoyed their tomato basil soup last night.

Oh Pizza Pino. I actually want to like the place, I really do. Especially since I live basically next door. I will say that their drunken buffalo wings are FANTASTIC! Wait...sorry...when drunk their buffalo wings are fantastic. But whose aren't? The building layout is bad and reminds me of 1987. Pizza? Well...in their defense, I know it beats NYPD in taste (not selection or originality) and assume it beats Happy Pizza. I every want to go when drunk - but why when Fleetwood is 30 yards away?

Since I live just down the street from pizza pino, I was really excited when it opened. Initially, their prices were the cheapest around. I have only two problems with pizza pino: 1. Their delivery times are sometimes horrible. More than once the food was delivered more than half an hour AFTER they said it would arrive. Twice it took more than an hour, but arrived almost instantly after I called. To me, this means they lost the order or something. 2. Sometimes the people on the phone are really terrible. I felt like I was the one with the customer service and coaching the pizza pino guy through the order. Pizza pino: hello. me: Hello, I would like to make an order for delivery pizza pino: ... me: so... do you want my address or phone number or something? pizza pino: ok.. (later) me: so I'll be paying with a credit card. pizza pino: ... me: are you ready for the number? You get the idea. Now I notice they have a little recording saying your call may be monitored for "quality assurance" like you would get if you were calling a bank. Kind of wierd but the food is good so I haven't given up on them yet. Food: This place has a diverse menu. I am not a big fan of pizza but I like their chipatis, subs and pastas.

I'm holding off on an official judgment on Pizza Pino, as I just moved a block away from it and I really need it to be awesome drunk/hangover food. So far though, pretty meh. First of all, I'm pretty sure this is an independent restaurant but it feels like a sbarro's inside. But that's fine, what I really want is awesome pie. But that wasn't doing much for me either. I went during lunch on a Saturday and there was a dearth of slice options. But I can live with pepperoni when its two minutes from my front door. Unfortunately it wasn't the transcendent experience I needed. It worked in a pinch, about all I can say right now. So I'm willing to go back (maybe drunk next time?) and give them another chance at my alcohol soaked dollar. But if my first experience was the best they can do (or even representative of their efforts), we're talking two star, emergency only territory.

Unbeatable at their price point. I enjoy their wide-ranging menu. When I asked I found out they make the pizza dough fresh daily. I've received friendly service in the sports-themed dining rooms and in delivery. Have recommended to my clients. The half-pound burger, fries and pop for $6.99 -- I find it a great deal.

So happy to read the other reviews and see that I'm not crazy - the food really is terrible, and the owners really are awful, rude people. The pizza crust always tastes stale, and those "fresh" slices will sit in the unheated case for hours until you order them. When I worked there, I ran the counter all night while the girl "training" me stood around talking to the delivery drivers about smoking pot. At the end of the night, I split the counter tips 50/50 with her and she said, "Oh... I didn't know you thought you were taking any tips...". That was awkward, but I did all the work so I shrugged it off and took my half anyway. The next day I called the owner to tell him I quit (no way was I going to stand around another 10 hours so that the idiot training me could take all the tips that I received), and he started screaming and swearing until I was in tears, and accused me of stealing from the restaurant because I took half of the tips. He said he wasn't going to pay me for the 10 hour shift I worked, and screamed over me and hung up on me when I told him that's illegal. I was so shaken by it that I had my sister go into the restaurant to get my check for me. He ended up deducting money from my check, more than the amount of tips I took, and wrote on the paystub "MONEY DEDUCTED DUE TO THEFT". Ridiculous. If it was expected that the girl training me would get all the tips, that should have been made clear up front. If she was really that butthurt about it, she shouldn't have relented and let me take home half of the tips. But sure, accuse me of "theft". So yeah, I would say that I agree with all of the 1-star reviews of this place. Bad food, high prices, bad management. I'm shocked that the owner hasn't had a heart attack from how high strung and angry he is.

We stopped in here on a Friday night after our son and his friends enjoyed a concert at the Blind Pig. We were the undrunk crowd...LOL It reminded me of Sbarro's pizza, as the pizza's are pre-cooked and waiting for you to save them. No heat lamps (or I don't recall seeing any), so the pizza looked a lil flat. They will heat you up a slice. NOW, they were nice enough to offer the boys slices of fresh pizza that just came o ut of the oven. They guys each enjoyed their slice of pizza. It was cheesy, nice thin, crunchy crust, but I thought for $2.00 (if not a lil more) a small slice. I thought the service was good. The young man was working the counter and getting the pizza; he did it all promptly and without issue.

I have tried to love this place because it's so close to home but they continuously screw up orders and prices, and their pizza crust is undercooked 50% of the time.

Ok I'm a stickler about pizzerias, because I've worked & ran pizzerias from soup to nuts. So I had a few beers one evening, and realized I forgot to eat. I stroll down to this joint to hopefully get a few slices of pizza. Prices are "WTF??!!" ridiculously expensive. That made me kinda mad actually. Get over yourself Ann Arbor. Anyways I reluctantly got a slice of the cheapest ones I could afford. Nothing great by any means. Luckily I ran into a hot dog stand on my way home and got a hot dog for like 2 bucks cuz I couldn't afford anymore of their sub-par overpriced pizza slices. Also the atmosphere in there sucked. Maybe its me, but I like my pizza places kinda rock n' roll, punk rock, lively, and lived in. This had none of that. Too sterile. I won't be back.

The place has good food, but I probably won't be going back. I ordered a Caeser Salad, which at 7.39 is a bit pricey for the amount you get, but I am willing to pay it for the convenience of being 2 blocks from my office. What the take out menu that was mailed to my office not two days before failed to mention was that there was 1 dollar surcharge on all salads to cover "produce prices". Yes, I understand market prices fluctuate, but not even mentioning the surcharge when I said I wanted a salad and then springing it on me when I am told the bill is kind of lame. It is in cases like these that Pizza Pino should have just swallowed the extra cost of ingredients and kept a customer, rather than making a single dollar extra and losing my business. It's good food ruined by lousy business practices.
